General provisions
This policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you use the dremiliyaefendiyeva.az website. The owner and controller of the data is paediatrician Emiliya Efendiyeva.
Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”.
What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), subject and the text of your message.
When the form is submitted, technical data is recorded automatically: IP address, browser information (User-Agent), the site language and the time of submission. This is to prevent spam and abuse.
Whether to include information about your child's health in your message is your choice. We recommend not sharing sensitive medical details in the form and discussing them at the appointment instead.
How we use the data
The data is used only to reply to your enquiry and to contact you about booking an appointment.
The data is not sold, not used for advertising and not passed on to third parties (except where required by law).
Storage and security
Enquiries are stored in a database on the website's server and sent as an e-mail notification to the doctor's mailbox. Only the doctor has access to them.
The website is protected by HTTPS, and the form passes anti-bot and anti-spam checks. For abuse prevention, the IP address is stored for a short period not in plain form but as an irreversible hash.
Once the purpose of the enquiry has been fulfilled, the data can be deleted at your request.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only a technical session cookie necessary for the website to function is used; it expires when the browser is closed or after a short period.
Third-party services
Videos are shown in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); a video is loaded only after you start it.
The map on the contact page is displayed via Google Maps. These services are subject to their own privacy policies.
Social media and WhatsApp links redirect you to those platforms, where your data is processed under their own rules.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data stored about you and to request its correction or deletion. To do so, write to info [at] dremiliyaefendiyeva [dot] az.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
